What You Can Expect to Earn
We cannot guarantee your income but an active Sales Adviser can expect to earn around £300 each month selling our products at home parties. This is based on four to six parties each month, generating £40 to £75 retail profit per party, and the monthly bonuses. For more information read about the AlvaNatural Rewards Programme. |
Joining AlvaNatural
Joining AlvaNatural could not be easier. You can :

When you join AlvaNatural you purchase one of our Starter Kits: Starter Kit Light or the Premier Starter Kit. Starter Kit Light is only £50 - you should get this back within your first two parties. The Premier Starter Kit is £125.00. Both prices include your first year’s registration fee.
When we have your registration form we will send you an information pack which contains some background information about us and what we do, and our standard Agreement. You should read the Agreement very carefully before signing and returning it to us.
Once we have received your signed Agreement and your application has been accepted, we will assign your unique membership number – this allows you to sign-in and access the secure Sales Adviser area of our website. And of course, we will send you your Starter Kit.
Starter Kit Light
Your Starter Kit Light contains our top selling products and everything you need to get your new business moving. It comes in a sturdy light box to help keep everything safe and tidy in one place. The Starter Kit Light contains one pot of Soothe-It, Natural Hands, Massage Cream, SPOT Cream, Bugs Away, Builder's Mate and Peppermint Foot Cream; Soothe-It Shampoo and Scalp Lotion, Natural Heads Shampoo; six bars of our vegetable glycerin soaps and one Hostess Gift Set - altogether worth over £115.
You also receive:
- detailed product literature and information
- a comprehensive training manual with really helpful advice and guidance on how to grow your business and get the most from your efforts

Premier Starter Kit
The Premier Starter Kit contains every product we make: one pot of each of our wonderful skin creams, one bar of each of our soaps, bottles of each shampoo, lotion, balm and salve, and four standard hostess gift sets - altogether worth over £275.

The Reward Programme allows you to benefit through one of four levels: Personal Sales, Recruiting Bonus, Team Sales Bonus and Executive Bonus. At whichever level you operate, you will find this direct selling opportunity enjoyable and financially attractive, and the work satisfying and fun.
Personal Sales
Personal Sales rewards you for the sales you personally make to customers. There are three components: Retail Profit, Monthly Bonus and Gifts Bonus.
Retail Profit
As a Sales Adviser, you make Retail Profit on every sale you make. You buy products directly from AlvaNatural Ltd at a 25% discount; when you sell them you make your Retail Profit.
Monthly Bonus
In addition to Retail Profit, we also pay you a Monthly Bonus based on your sales activity each month. As long as you sell more than £500 of products in a month you qualify for a Monthly Bonus. The Monthly Bonus is calculated at 3% of your total monthly sales.
Gift Bonus
The Gift Bonus is our special way of saying thank you. As long as you sell more than £200 each month you can select products from the AlvaNatural range, at their retail price, to the value of 5% of your monthly sales. You can keep these gifts; they make wonderful presents, or you can use them as testers or prizes at parties and events. You can also sell them and make extra profit!
Introducing New Sales Advisers
Introducing new Sales Advisers to AlvaNatural Ltd is a rewarding activity for you. It allows you to build a “Team” of people who share your enthusiasm for the products and the business opportunity.
The Sales Advisers you introduce to AlvaNatural become members of your Team and you can earn significant bonuses from their sales. Although we place no obligation on you, it is in your interest to help everyone in your Team, and to guide, support and motivate them, not least because their sales contribute to your bonuses! But you are not responsible for them or their activities. They order products directly from us. They are responsible for paying for their orders and we despatch their orders directly to them.
Recruiting Bonus
We pay you a Recruiting Bonus, worth 3% of your monthly sales total, if you recruit at least two new Sales Advisers. You must be active (ie you sell over £125 of products in the month) and the Recruiting Bonus is paid every month that your two (or more) Sales Advisers are active (ie they each sell over £125 of products).
Team Sales Bonus
If you introduce six or more new Sales Advisers to AlvaNatural you have a “Team”. You can earn a Team Sales Bonus from the combined monthly sales of your Team (the Commissionable Sales). There is no limit to the number of Sales Advisers in your Team but the Team must have Commissionable Sales of £900 or more.
The Team Sales Bonus is paid each month at the rate of 3% of Commissionable Sales. To earn the Team Sales Bonus, you must be active in each month you wish to benefit.
Executive Bonus
It’s almost inevitable that some of your Team members will want to recruit new Sales Advisers and go on to develop their own Team(s). This is a natural progression and the way that multi-level marketing networks develop.
At some point, someone in your Team will have recruited six or more new Sales Advisers. They now have their own Team and will be paid a Team Sales Bonus. Their sales stop contributing to your Team’s Commissionable Sales. But in recognition of your earlier efforts we pay you, every month, an Executive Bonus of 4% of the total sales made by the new Team. You still need to be active (ie sell £125 of product each month) to qualify for the Executive Bonus but it is paid regardless of your own Team’s Commissionable Sales.
